Who I am
Workunboxed is run by Lakshman Satish (MSc HRM Merit, CIPD Level 7 ID 86803988). I have incorporated and operated multiple UK Limited Companies from India since 2022. Every review on this site reflects direct personal experience — including the mistakes that cost real money.
What affiliate links are
When I recommend a product or service and link to it, that link sometimes contains a tracking code. If you click that link and make a purchase within the tracking window, the provider pays me a commission. The price you pay is identical whether you use my link or go directly to their website. You never pay more.

How this affects my reviews
It doesn’t. Every review on Workunboxed includes:
- A genuine mistake moment — something that went wrong and what it cost
- A “Who Should Run Away” section — specific scenarios where I recommend against the product
- Direct competitor comparisons — including recommending alternatives where they are better
- Year 1 vs Year 2 cost breakdowns — including renewal costs that vendors don’t advertise
I have recommended against products I am affiliated with where the circumstances warrant it. Affiliate income does not influence editorial verdicts.
