Our Story
I started WorkUnboxed while working night shifts at Amazon. Every day I saw how algorithms quietly managed people’s time, pace, and performance. At the same time, my academic work showed me how little these systems were being challenged in HR research and practice.
WorkUnboxed grew out of a simple idea: what if we “unboxed” the hidden systems that shape modern work, and made them transparent, understandable, and actionable?
